Joseph Phelps Vineyards embarked on a major renovation project in January 2014 at the winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley. Designed in 1973 by renowned architect John Marsh Davis, the Phelps family and executive team commissioned award-winning firms Baldauf Catton Von Eckartsberg (BCV) Architects and Brandenburger Associates AIA to repurpose the interior winery spaces, enhancing the guest experience, while maintaining the building’s existing redwood exterior design.
Completed in late spring 2015, improvements include: newly created private tasting areas, a library and barrel room, paired with enhanced vineyard views and a new state-of-the-art kitchen all provide an unrivaled Napa Valley visitor experience. Join us as we showcase our newly re-opened orignial winery.
