Review
A barrel-fermented sauvignon grown at Phelps' Spring Valley Vineyard, this wine shows its oak in scents of vanilla and the solidity of the structure. Firm, juicy lime flavors last past the oak, balanced toward sweetness. A stylish white for roast veal.
