1. Download the Holiday Template and fill out the yellow highlighted sections of the Excel sheet with gift recipients’ information. All other sections will be filled out by the winery. Please include desired ship date and any other pertinent information.
2. Browse our Holiday Collection
3. Email the completed form to our TEAM with the subject line Corporate Gift Order.
4. Once received, you’ll be contacted to confirm credit card information
5. You will be required to provide date of birth for each recipient
6. Promotional opportunities on shipping rates will only apply to individual shipments containing 12 bottles of wine or more
7. Tracking information for each package will be sent to the purchaser and not the recipient
