1984 Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaker Notes Distinctly minty and chocolatey with rich, elegant cherry and berry flavors. An elegant and intense wine with smooth, supple tannins with a rather intense woody finish.
Winemaking Data Grapes were harvested at an average of 22.5° Brix, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged 18 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels before being blended, fined with fresh egg whites, and bottled in September 1986.
